I will write more when I am not so tired and coming down off a 36 hour self induced sugar coma courtesy of the best baked goods ever from an old friend, but I figure I would copy and paste my Facebook post, which about sums it all up. I am feeling pretty damn good right about now – I actually like the therapist, I am anti-depressant free for the first time in 30 some odd years, I found the most amazing item on an Etsy store and was talking to my friend who makes jewelry about it, and she said she could make it, so I went to ebay and the stones were OMG so expensive!! I then spied a pair or earrings, and then a ring that could have been made for each other – both of them very inexpensive – I quickly thought “Goddess Intervention”, clicked buy on both, sent the pictures to Erica who said “How did you do that?????” – I said it was meant to be – please make a pendant out of the ring and I will have a Dragon’s Breath Cabochon pendant and earring set to die for!!!! More tomorrow on life, being crazy and a new writer I am really really into named Justin Henry Thompson. His book – The Children of Pandemonium – is available for Kindle on Amazon. Go read it. It will blow your mind. I probably have mentioned him before, but he’s soooo worth mentioning again!!
OMG – I am the HAPPIEST person ever!! Just got back from the doctor’s – no more anti-anythings!! For the first time in 30 some odd years. He said I am happy, healthy, I look great – he is thrilled with my progress!! On my way out I was chatting with the nurse, and she said “Look at you!! You are amazing! Look how far you have come since you first came here 4 years ago! You are a different person – a totally amazingly positive different person! It’s so wonderful to see you – you are shining!! And after your surgery you will be all set, and then watch out world!!” I, of course, immediately burst into tears, thanked her profusely, and went out to the car feeling like a million dollars!! What a ride it”s been, so OMG how totally worth it is!! I feel SO GOOD!!! Not a huge fan of Katy Perry, but some of the lyrics to one of her songs totally sums up how I feel right now –

Plus, on my way home, I stopped at the supermarket, and they had this on sale – a total Glamorina cane if I ever saw one in my life – black and silver and screaming my name!! So I will be recovering in total Ame style!!
